GEM Agro – Heat Pump Dryer

The GEM Agro heat pump dryer operates on a standard air conditioning cycle, ensuring efficient and energy-saving drying. The system consists of four main components:

Evaporator: Absorbs heat from the dryer exhaust air, vaporizing the refrigerant.
Compressor: Increases the enthalpy of the refrigerant, converting it into superheated high-pressure vapor.
Condenser: Transfers heat from the refrigerant to the process air, making it suitable for drying.
Expansion Device: Reduces the refrigerant pressure before re-entering the evaporator to complete the cycle.
